The Prodigal Family Returns

Well I guess we took a 3-month hiatus from updating our blog. It has been a good 3 months. We moved into a new apartment, Mark took the boards, received said boards scores (go honey!) and started his rotations at Georgetown Hospital. He also ran his first marathon along the Appalachian Trail in Shenandoah National Park with his dad. I did the usual, taking kids to the park, the pool, the library, etc. and attempting to cram work hours in my day somewhere (usually at 5:00 in the morning, because Mark is up then anyways, so I decided I might as well be too). But, instead of giving you more details, we'll just give you a picture montage of our comings and goings the last 3 months. So here it is. Included in here are pics from Juliette's 2nd birthday, a trip to the mountains, a trip to the zoo and some other random pictures. We love all of you, and we're sad we haven't seen many of you in so long, but we're always thinking of you and keeping you in our prayers.

And finally, here's a video of Vienna's first giggle session, followed by Juliette feeling neglected and "needing some attention," as she likes to say. For the record, her renditions of these songs were definitely more silly than normal. And Mark would like to excuse his shoddy camera work by pointing out that the viewscreen was flipped around and Juliette was moving a lot.
